Traci Pantuso, ND, MS
Traci Pantuso ND, MS is a multifaceted research investigator and naturopathic provider with extensive experience in naturopathic medicine, ethnobotany and medicinal plant research. With a background that combines clinical practice and scientific inquiry, she has dedicated her career to exploring the effects of medicinal plants on the immune system.
Her research includes significant contributions to the study of natural products and their immunomodulatory properties while navigating the ethical considerations of working with culturally significant plants. Traci’s extensive experience encompasses in vitro, in vivo and human trials, underscoring her belief in the importance of translational research to inform both the public and healthcare practitioners.
Currently, Traci’s focus at BPRA is on building research partnerships with local communities and researchers that support the preservation of traditional knowledge, biodiversity and the health of the community.
