Dr. Raghu Kiran Appasani is an Integrative and Addiction Psychiatrist, Neuroscientist, and Social Entrepreneur bridging Western medicine and Eastern practices to promote holistic health. He is the Founder of The MINDS Foundation, supporting mental health for over 6.5 million individuals annually, and Chief Medical Officer of PYM Health, pioneering emotional wellness through nutritional psychiatry.
Dr. Appasani serves as Head of Mental & Metabolic Health at the California Institute for Stress & Resilience, an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai, and a Clinical Instructor at UCSF. His research focuses on psychedelics, mindfulness, and consciousness, with over 35 peer-reviewed publications and global recognition for his work in mental health and innovation.
